Here at The Swig in beautiful St. Augustine, we refer to ourselves as the "Libation Lab".  Put simply, we like to learn about libations in a hands-on way - tasting spirits, liquor, booze, hooch, brew, tipple, sauce, firewater - and having fun doing it.
